It's a JUNGLE in there!

SO, I am just mildly obsessed with animal prints, if I'm being modest.  Not only do I think they look amazing to wear, I think they not only belong, but DESERVE to make a debut in your home decor.  Now you don't have to go all out and design your house as if you are living in the Sahara, but you can add accents here and there such as pictures, frames, candles, pillows, and throw, or a rug to spice up your decor and make it a little WILD. If you are wondering some of the best places to look for knick knacks here and there, Home Goods is always a good place to browse.  Something a little more unique, try Etsy out.  (the heart zebra prints were actually found there).  Another great website that has a ton to choose from and where all the rest of our fun examples come from is www.animalprintessentials.com. GO WILD!

Winter White Wonderland

(Chanel Iman; one of my faves)

White isn't just for Labor to Memorial Day anymore, Fashionistas! It makes sense that white be incorporated year round, as its one of those staples that goes with EVERYTHING! It goes magically with the landscape of snowy hills, I imagine blending right in if I have to succumb to the cold wintry weather.  Winter white generally is a hue between bright white and a cream color, so its a little more subtle than your traditional white (although that works with this trend as well). You can go all out and do a full white outfit from head to toe, or if you are still wary about the old school rule of no white after Labor Day, you can start small.  That's the great thing about fashion! You can pick how far you want to go.  Maybe incorporate a white coat into your wardrobe, or do a white suit; or jeans with black shoes or boots.  White looks amazing with a little fur, real or faux, however you choose to style it!  So go ahead and enjoy the Winter White Wonderland!
